Today we are going to discuss a method to help in taking a step back and better evaluating our thoughts, what we can do to change how we think and why it's important to become the watcher of our own mind. Not the creepy watcher from the crime podcast you just listened to, but an actual active observer in your own life. 

In an action driven society, we focus on the need to take action to get results. But what happens if we aren't taking notice of our thoughts that kick off that process? Without a conscious awareness of our thoughts, which lead to our beliefs, that drive our actions we are setting ourselves up for failure.
